The domain was established in 1980. The name comes from a Roman cult place
for the Nymphes that were situated at the fields of the domain. Cellars were
built in 1987.
To the domain belongs a total of 33 ha. 45% of the production is Cotes du Rhone, 45%
Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau and 10% is Vin Doux Naturel.
