Marie-Elisabeth and Paul Joyet founded the domain about 1975
The
cellars were constructed in 1978. For many years the daughter Francoise
and her husband assisted her parents but have now left the domain. Then a
young couple Celine and Stephane Fabre
help the Joyets.
Marie-Elisabeth Joyet is very interested in patchwork, and
you will se her works when you visit the domain. The
domain has 17 ha in Rasteau. Part of the production is declassified as Cotes du Rhone
because the blend don't answer the rules for Rasteau. A part of the production is sold in bulk. Wines
(cuvées and blends) can vary depending of the vintage.
Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau
66% Grenache, 18%
Cinsault, 12% Mourvedre and 4% Carignan.
Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau l'Arbre de Vie
54% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 5% Mourvedre.
Parly aged in wood.

Vignes
51% Grenache (planted 1913), 25% Syrah, 11% Cinsault, 11% Carignan and 2% Mourvedre.
Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau Rosé
45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 20% Mourvedre.
Vin Doux Naturel Rouge Grenache - Aged in wood.
Vin Doux Naturel Blanc Grenache.
