Antoine took over from his father Pierre Joly in 1998 having finished an oenologic education. 
Since 1980 Pierre Joly has been working biologically  in the vineyards.
The domain covers 20 ha. situated at an altitude of 300-500 m.

Wine: (Some might probably be Cotes du Rhone Village Puymeras)

Cotes du Rhone Flonflons
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Maceration carbonique.
Aged for 21 months in old barrels.

Cotes du Rhone Le Claux
100% Grenache

Cotes du Rhone Gaia
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Aged for some months in barriques.

Vin du Pays Coteaux des Baronnies
Grenache, Cabernet Saugvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Vin du Table Premeces
Grenache and Merlot.

Vin du Table Petit Jo
100% Grenache. 70% Maceration carbonique.
