In 1980 Jean-Pierre Allemand took over at the family property. At that time different crops were planted in the fields, vines and vegetables. Through the years more and more vines were planted and today all the 35 ha. are planted with vines. 4,5 ha. Plan de Dieu, 4,5 ha. Cotes du Rhone and the rest Vin du Pays.

Until 2005 all the grapes were delivered to the co-operative but from vintage 2006 the wines are bottled with the name Ferme Saint Antonin. So far the wines are made in the cellars of the negociant Lavau-Mouret in Violès with assistance from the oenolog Roland Flores from ICV.

50% Grenache, 35% Mourvèdre and 15% Syrah.

80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.

100% Syrah

Vin de Pays Côté Cour
20% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Cabernet, 20% Marselan and 20% Carignan.

Vin de Pays Côté Verger
50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet.

Vin de Pays Rosé Côté Jardin
Grenache, Syrah and Clairette.
