Jean Claude Bouche is the fourth generation at the domain. After finishing oenological education he took over in 1978. Until then the grapes from the fields had been delivered to the cooperative. The first bottling at the domain was vintage 1978. In 1997 new cellars were built.

The 43 ha. vineyards are situated in  i 3 communes, Travaillan, Sérignan and Camaret. Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu (12 ha.), Cotes du Rhone (10 ha.) and Vin du Pays (21 ha.). 
The vineyards are certified agriculture biologique.

Wines might be named Domaine du Vieux Chêne or Domaine Bosquet de la Dame depending of the market.
