Kooperativet blev oprettet i 1939. På oprettelsestidspunktet have kooperativet 75 medlemmer.
I dag leverer 160 medlemmer druer til en årlig produktion på ca. 43.000 hl.

Der fremstilles 9 cuvéer af Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice. 5 cuvéer i en serie kaldt Collection Noblesse og 4 i en serie kaldt Collection Elegance

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Cuvée Mauritius (2007: 6€)
40% Grenache og 60% Syrah - fra udvalgte parceller. Lagres først i tank og derefter på fade.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Goutillonnage Fut du Chêne (2008: 5,75€)
60% Grenache, 25% Syrah og 15% Mourvedre. Lagres 9 mdr. på pièces.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Château Saint-Anne (2008: 5,45€)
65% Grenache og 35% Syrah. Lagres 10 mdr. på foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Marquis de la Charce (2008: 5,60€)
60% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 20 % Syrah og 10% Mourvèdre. Fadlagret i 7 mdr.
