The cooperative was established in 1939. At that time it had 75 members.
To day 160 wine growers deliver grapes for an annual production of 43.000 hl.

9 cuvées of Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice is made. 5 cuvées in a range called Collection Noblesse and 4 in a range called Collection Elegance

Collection Noblesse:

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Cuvée Mauritius (2007: 6€)
40% Grenache and 60% Syrah - from particular parcels. Aged in tank and then in barrels.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Goutillonnage Fut du Chêne (2008: 5,75€)
60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre. Aged for 9 months in pièces.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Château Saint-Anne (2008: 5,45€)
65% Grenache 65% and 35% Syrah. Aged for 10 months in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Marquis de la Charce (2008: 5,60€)
60% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 20 % Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Aged in wood for 7 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Grande Réserve (2008 5,15€)
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Aged in new barrels.

Collection Elegance:

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Goutillonnage (2007: 4,25€)
65% Grenache and 35% Syrah. Aged in foudres for 8 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice La Subtile (2005: 3,85)
70% Grenache and 305 Syrah. Aged in demi-muids for 8 months

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice La Lauréate (2007: 4,95€)
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Rosé La Galante (2008: 3,85€)
60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint Maurice Blanc La Délicate (2009: 5€)
80% Viognier and 20% Roussanne.
