The domain has been
owned by the family since 1860'ties, when a pharmacist (and
mayor) from Pertuis, Louis Turcan, bought the property in Ansouis,
which today bears his name and is owned by descendants even
though their surname has changed.
Until resently two
brothers were running the domain, but one of them has been
bought out.
The domain covers 18 ha.
A number of different cuvées are made:

Easy and light wine - Vin de Plaisir.

2009: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.
Luberon Cuvée Spéciale
Louis Turcan
2009: 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Aged in barriques. Yield 10-12 hl./ha.

2009: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache. Aged in barriques.
Luberon Rosé

2010: 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carignan
Luberon Rosé Cuvée

2009: 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. Aged in barriques.

2010: 50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Vermentino and 10% Roussanne.

2010: 40% Vermentino, 40% Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc.
Aged in new barriques for 6 months.
