In 1880 Théodore Barataud bought the domain. He is a forefather of the owner today. Barthaud built the first cellars at the place and installed the foudres of 250 hectolitres  still to be seen in the cellars but not in use anymore.

The domain covers 40 ha. 95% can be harvested by machine.
