The property has been in possession of the family for four generations. The grapes were delivered to the cooperative until Phillipe taking over from his parents decided to bottle the wines himself. The first vintage was 2004.
The vineyards cover 20 ha. and furthermore there are 8 ha. with olives (AOC), 2 ha. with lavender and 2 ha with oak trees for truffles.

The wines are made in cement tanks but from 2009 there will be a special cuvée aged in barrels.
