Jean-Yves Perez took over his parents' property in 2012
covering 28 ha of Visan. 
Cécile Perez is the daughter of the Varenne family at Domaine de Bourjassot in Gigondas.This domaine covers 4 ha in Gigondas with rather old vines, a bit less than 3 ha. in Sablet, 0,5 ha. in Vacqueyras and a parcel in Seguret with 15 years old Grenache.
The vineyards of both domains have been certified agriculture biologique.

Jean-Yves and Cécile runs the vineyards from both domaine together. Domaine du Grand Bourjassot is only a brand today.
