The name of the domain doesn't relate to the owners today. It comes from an owner in the 18th century François Xavier de Lambert bishop of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux.

A domain with own bottling was establised in 1969, when new cellars were built by André Gras and in 1970 the first bottled vintage with the name appeared.

In 2005 the responsability was handed over to the two sons Jean François and Christian Gras to be the 4th generation of the family at the property.

The domain covers 13 ha. in Gigondas and a few ha. in Vacqueyras and Cotes du Rhone.

Gigondas Sélection Fruitée
70% Grenache, 13% Syrah, 12% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.
At first aged in cement tank for 8 months and then in foudres for 8 months

Gigondas Prestige des Dentelles
75% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
At first aged in cement tank for 8 months and then in foudres for 8 months

Gigondas Tour de l'Isle
70% Grenache, 12% Syrah and 18% Mourvedre.
At first aged in cement tank for 8 months and then in foudres for 12 months
