Jean-Pierre Palon runs the domain together with his son Sébastien Palon, who is the 4^th generation at the property. Until vintage 2002 all the production was sold to the cooperative, but from vintagte 2003 the wine is made and bottled at the domain. 

The domain covers 7 ha Gigondas, 5 ha Vacqueyras, 3 ha Cotes du Rhone.
The vineyards of Gigondas contain 79% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 6% Mourvèdre.
