The manager
Eric Ughetto has a diploma of viticulture and oenology. In 1990 he returned
to the estate after five years as a professional fireman in Paris. He is
cellarman, wine grower.
The partner Sophie Boulet is graduated CAP-BEP-joiner and as BPREA of
viticulture and oenology. She worked as a joiner until 1997 and is n ow
resposible for acconting and the commercial department.
Until the
vintage 1999 the whole harvest was sent to the cooperative. Since 2000 an
increasing part of the production has been vinified in the new cellar - today
(2008) 50%.
Wines
Gigondas
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and Mourvedre. (45-years-old in av.)
Fermentation in foudres and then ageing for 12-14 months in cement tank, or 2-years-old demi-muids.
Vacqueyras
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. (50-years-old in av.)
Same vinificering and ageing as for Gigondas.
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet
80% Grenache plus 20% Syrah and Cinsault.
Aged in cement tank.
Cotes
du Rhone Village Seguret
80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre.
A small production of 8-9 hl.
