The bottling at the domain started in 1969 and includes today 2/3 of the production.
The domain covers 23 ha. of vineyards. 17 ha is Gigondas, the rest is Vacqueyras (1 ha.), Cotes du Rhone
(1,2 ha) and Vin du
Pays de Vaucluse (4 ha.).
Wines:
Gigondas
75%
Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre.
80% is aged in foudres for 12-18 months.
Vacqueyras
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone
55% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 15 Carignan.
VDP
45% Merlot 30% Syrah og 25% Marselan.
