Guy Boutière has
for years driven the domain together with
his son Mathieu, who is the fourth
generation of the domain. Mathieu has
undergone agricultural and oenological education BTS.
In 2012 the official responsability was
surpaced to Mathieu
The bottling at the domain started in 1969 and includes today more than 2/3 of the production.
The domain covers 23 ha of vineyards. 17 ha is Gigondas, the rest is Vacqueyras (1
ha), Cotes du Rhone
(1,2 ha) and IGP Vaucluse (4 ha).

Gigondas
75%
Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre.
80% is aged in foudres for 12-18 months.
Vacqueyras
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone
55% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre, 15 Carignan.
VDP
45% Merlot 30% Syrah, 25% Marselan.
