The domain has belonged to the Chauvet-family since 1806. For 10 years Bernard's daughter Celine Chauvet has run the domain and has been responsible for the vinification.

To the property belongs 14 ha Gigondas, 2 ha Vacqueyras and 3,3 ha Vin du Pays.
Only red wines are made at the estate.

Gigondas is made from 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Most parcels are planted 40 years ago. The wine spend about 12 months in old foudres and are then transferred into vats for some months before bottling.
Gigondas Special Reserve Excellence is made from 60% Grenache (some of them more than 80 years old vines) and 40% Syrah. This wine is aged in tanks "because we want to highlight the unique character of our terroir". This wine can be enjoyed 2-3 years after harvest, but can be cellared for more than 10 years.

Vacqueyras is made from 70-80% Grenache and the rest Syrah. It's aged in tanks.

Vin du Pays is made from 80% Merlot and 20% Caladoc
