Domaine des Pasquiers is run by
the two brothers Jean Claude and Philippe Lambert. The domain was founded by the
brothers' grandfather in 1935.
In 1999 the brothers took over from their father.
Until 2002 the whole production was sold to negociants.
The domain covers the considerable amount of 90 hectares in the
appellations of Gigondas (1,1), Sablet (25), Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de
Dieu (40 in Violès), Cotes du Rhone and Vin de Pays (25). Cotes du
Rhone is made from fields in Plan de Dieu and Sablet.
The domain are since 2010
during conversion into agriculture
biologique.
Wines:
Gigondas
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. Aged in cement tank. 5.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
25 days of maceration. Ageing for 6 months in cement tank. About 50.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Cuvée Prestige
65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
20 days of maceration. Ageing for 12 months in cement tank. About 2.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Carignan and 5% Cinsault.
15 days of maceration. Ageing for 12 months in cement tank. About 50.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu l'Envol
40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre.
30 days of maceration. Ageing in barriques for 9 months
The only wine to be aged in wood. Production 2.600 bt. Debut 2007

4 ha. med 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% Carignan.
8-20 days of maceration. ged for 3 months in cement tank. 20.000 bt.
Vin de Pays de Vaucluse
Equal shares of Grenache, Merlot and Syrah.
