The domain was founded in 1947 by Alphonse Vautour, the Grand father of the owner today. Jean Marc Autran made his first vintage in 1985.
The cellar was modernized in 1995.

The domain covers 30 ha: 3,5 ha Gigondas, 12,5 ha Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet and 14 ha Cotes du Rhone.

Gigondas
65% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah.
28 days maceration. 20% is aged in barrels for 18 mdr. The rest in cement tank.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet
75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. 28 days maceration.
Grenache is aged in tank and Syrah in 3-4-years-old barrels. 

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Ténébi
100% Counoise. Aged in barrels for about 18 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Les Briguieres
80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. 
Aged partly in tanks and partly in barrels for about 18 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Alphonse Vautour
80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. 50% is aged in new barrels and the rest in one-year-old barrels for about 18 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Reserve de Maude
100% Syrah. Aged in new barrels for about 24 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Rosé
100% Cinsault. 

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Blanc
1,8 ha. with 35% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, 10% Marsanne, 5% Roussanne og 5% Clairette. Fermented and then aged in two vines barriques for 8 months.

Cotes du Rhone La Grange de Piaugier
Mainly Grenache and some Carignan, Cinsault and Syrah.
