Veronique Peysson-Cunty has taken over the domain from her father Gilbert Peysson who started bottling at the domain in  the 1970-ties. The domaine has belonged to the family since 1860.

The domain covers 10,5 ha of Gigondas, 4,6 ha of Cotes du Ventoux and 0,59 ha. Vin de Pays.
The fields of Gigondas are situated at an altitude of 150-300 m.

Gigondas Tradition
2008: 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 2% Cinsault and 3% Mourvedre. 
Aged in foudres for 8 months.  

Gigondas Terrasses des Dentelles 
2009: 72% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 3% Mourvedre
Aged in new barriques for approximately 12 months.

Cotes du Ventoux Vieilles Vignes
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Matured in cement tank.

Cotes du Ventoux Rose Émotion d'un Soir
Grenache and Syrah.
