Antoinette Haeni is the chef of the restaurant and Alfred Haeni (immigrated from Switzerland) has been taking care of the winery.
The son Nicolas Haeni is helping his father.

70% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre and 5% Syrah. Lagres i foudres i ca. 9 mdr.

Cotes du Rhone Village d'Eux
2/3 Syrah and 1/3 Grenache. Aged in barriques for 18 months.

Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Casa Basa
55% Grenache and 45% Syrah. Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Cuvée Garnachio
75% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 8% Counoise and 7% Syrah. Aged for 6-9 months in foudres. 

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Les deux Anges
70 % Grenache, 27% Syrah and 3% Carignan. Matured in tank. 

Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Le Rosé de Marie-Antoinette
60% Grenache, 34% Syrah og 6% Carignan/Clairette/Counoise.

Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Blanc Les Primevéres.
50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Clairette.
