Christian Bonfils is 5. generation of wine growers in the area.
In 1982 he got his grandfathers vineyards in Sablet and later on his fathers in Gigondas and Vacqueyras.

In 2010 conversion into agriculture biologique has started

Beside several cuvées from these appellations negociant wines from some appellations are made, for example Chateauneuf du Pape and Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau. You will find wines at some markets with the name of Domaine de Fontvive: 

Gigondas Vielles Vignes
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. 30% aged in 1-2-years-old barriques.

Vacqueyras
85% Grenache and 15% Syrah.

70% Grenache and 30% Syrah.
