The production in numbers

Every year each producer has to declare the harvest. A "Declaration de Recolte" has to be delivered to the authorities between harvest and 25 November. Here every single producer whatever he sells parts of or all his wines or grapes must account for which types of wines he has produced, where it's done and from how many hectares.
This information is used for statistic, and the authorities use them to control that all rules are followed and is the basis for inspection from the autorithies to secure that no fraud takes place. This information is also used by the taxation authorities.
