80% Grenache, 15% Morvedre and 5% Cinsault. Aged in foudres.

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Charles Bonvin
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Aged in foudres.

Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine de l'Alliance "La Guigasse"
100% Grenache. 50% aged in foudres and 50% in new barriques.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
60% Grenache, 30% Roussanne and 10% Bourboulenc

Cotes du Rhone Réserve
80% Grenache, 15% Morvedre and 5% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée Saint Georges
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah from 90-years-old vines.
80% aged in barriques for 9 months

Chateau de Val Seille has been owned by the commune of Courthezon since 1952 and are used as the office of the mayor, Hotel de Ville.
A friend of Dussaud were ingineer during the construction. It was Mr. Lesseps who also was cheef ingineer during the construction of the Suezcanal.

The castle was built by Elie Dussaud, who owned a barn where Chateau de Beaucastel is situated today when the phylloxera arrived to Rhone. He was also the first person to establish buildings at Clos du Caillou - He ment he could find mineral water in the undergroud the there
