The domain was established in
2008 when Chapoutier purchased
the buildings and vineyards from SAFER. Before a bankruptcy
the name of the domain was Domaine de Bois
Dauphins, a domain situated at Route d'Orange in Chateauneuf du
Pape.
The new domain got the name
from the Directeur
commercial at Chapoutier, Pierre-Henri Morel and the style of the
wines is his responsibility.
From own vineyards are made two cuvées of
Chateauneuf du Pape and so far (2010) 3 wines from purchased wine.
The wines are made by the staf at Chapoutier.
