Robert-Henri Sinard and his son Laurent are the
fourth and fifth generation of the Sinards at the domain. (Robert-Henri since
1976). Their forefather founded the domain about 1900. They own 28 ha. of which
3 ha. is in appellation Chateauneuf du Pape. From 25 ha. they produce Cotes du
Rhone and Cotes du Rhone Village.
Chateauneuf du Pape
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. The wine is aged in tank (75%) and barrels
(25%) for 12-18 months.
Chateauneuf du Pape Passion des Papes
100% Grenache. Aged for 18-24 months in barrels.
Chateauneuf du Pape
50% Clairette, 25% Grenache Blanc
and 25% Roussanne. The wine is aged in steel tanks.
Cotes du Rhone Village La Tarmadière
70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre and is partly (25%) aged in barrels.
Cotes du Rhone Cuvée de Papé Plume
Bourboulenc, Clairette and Roussanne.
Cotes du Rhone L’Aubrespin
25% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20%
