70% Grenache,
10% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah. It's aged in foudres for approximately 12
months. De-stemming is used for all red grapes.

From old Grenache vines (95%) - 80 years in average - and 5% SyrahThe yield is 25 hl/ha and it's aged in barriques (one or
two years old) for 9 months.

70% Mourvedre and 30% Grenache. Aged in foudres. Debut 2007
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
From 1,5 ha with 20% Grenache, 30%
Clairette,
20% Roussanne and 30% Bourboulenc. 20% of the wine is fermented and aged
in new barrels and the rest in steel tanks.
Cotes du Rhone
70% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah.
