The domain was founded about 1800 by Benoit Jouffron a forefather of the owners today. It covers 19 ha. 15 ha in Chateauneuf du Pape and the rest in Gard/Lirac Some of the different plots around the appellation has vines of very old age - more than 100 years. The average age is about 50 years. Until 1998 the production was sold to negociants but then the two brothers Serge and Jean-Paul Gradassi started bottling at the estate.
Jean-Paul Gradassi died in 2014. His daughter Laetitia Gradassi are now runng the estate together with her oncle Serge. Her father was responsible for the cellar and as Laetitia has some wine education, ske will be responsible for making the wines. 

Wines

Chateauneuf du Pape Le Calice de Saint Pierre
2016: 85% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre. 
Aged in cement tank, foudres or newer barriques for 12 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape Heritage
2015: 98% Grenache from a parcel planted in 1885 at Lieu-dit Coste Froide.  Aged in demi-muids.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Le Calice de Saint Pierre 
70% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette,  10% Bourboulenc Roussanne.
Half of the cuvée is fermented in newer barrels

Lirac
2017: 85% Grenache, 15% Syrah. 20% aged in barrels. 

Cotes du Rhone Les Pères de l'Eglise 
80% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 5% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc Les Pères de l'Eglise 
70% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 5% Bourboulenc, 5% Roussanne. A part is vinified in barrels

VDF Caprice
Grenache, Cinsault.

VDF Rosé Caprice
Grenache, Cinsault.
