Chateauneuf du Pape This basic red cuvée is made from 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre. The average age of the vines is 30 years. Fermentation in steel tanks and in wood. Ageing in barrels and foudres. Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc From only 1 hectar with 40% Roussanne, 40% Grenache Blanc and 20% Bourboulenc and Clairette. 20% are fermented in new barrels, 40% in 2-4 years old barriques and the rest in cement tanks. Ageing for 8-18 months in barrels and foudres. |

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Mourre des Perdrix The grapes are 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre and 15% Syrah. The age of the vines are 30-50 years. The mainpart comes from the 5 hectares parcel "Mourre des Perdrix" Fermentation in steel tanks and wood and ageing in barrels and foudres for 12-18 months. |

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Vieilles Vignes The grapes mainly comes from a 3 hectares parcel in La Crau with vines that are more than 80 years old: 90-95% Grenache and 5-10% Mourvedre. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels (at least 10%) and in foudres. Ageing in barrels and foudres for 8-18 months. |

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Hautes Brusquières Cuvée Spéciale
This wine is made from 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah coming from the Brusquiéres plateau in the Northern part of Chateauneuf du Pape. Fermentation in wood steel tanks and ageing in barriques and foudres for 12-18 months depending on the vintage. |

Vacqeuyras is made from 40% Syrah and 60% Grenache. This wine is quite powerful for a Vacqeuyras. It's aged for 6-8 months in foudres.
