The domain was founded in 1896. The owner today is 4th generation at the place.
Frederic Nicolet has taken over from his father Guy Nicolet.

Some years ago another domain was inherited - Domaine Perges, which no longer exist.

Chateauneuf du Pape is made from 18 ha in Quartier Condorcet, by which one ha is with white varieties. The average age of the vines is about 50 years.

Chateauneuf du Pape
75 % Grenache, 15 % Syrah and 10 % Mourvedre/Muscardin.
Traditional vinification and ageing for 9 months in foudres.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
Clairette, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc.
Partly aged in new barrels.
