The firm is established by the Guyot family around 1930.
The firm owns vineyards in Coteaux du Lyonnais.
Wines are bought from producers in several appellations in the northern
and the southern Rhone.
Wines from the southern Rhone:
Chateauneuf du Pape La Centaurée
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. Aged in barriques for 12 months.
Gigondas Les Asters
Mainly Grenache and some Syrah/Mourvèdre. Aged in foudres.
Vacqueyras L'Alezane
Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
50% aged in barriques and 50% in foudres for 12 months.
Cotes du Rhone Village L'Envol
50% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 25% Syrah. Aged in newer barriques for 15
months.
