Until 1998 the production was delivered to the co-operative, but the young generation Caroline and Frédéric Charrier changed this and started bottling at the domain.
Caroline Charrier has attended the wine school in Beaune and is responsible for the wine making. 80% of the production is sold to negociant. The cellars built in the late 90ties are capable to bottle the whole production.

The domain covers 3,5 ha. in AOC Chateauneuf du Pape, 4 ha. Cotes du Rhone Village and 10 ha. Cotes du Rhone.
The vines are quite old, one ha. in Chateauneuf du Pape is 90 years old and the age of vines in Cotes du Rhone Village are 50 years old, in Cotes du Rhone 40 years old.
 

Wines august 2008:

Chateauneuf du Pape
85% Grenache and the rest Syrah and Mourvedre. Aged in cement tank.

Cotes du Rhone Village
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone
Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
100% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
100% Grenache Blanc.
