These wines are made in
cooperation between Laurence Feraud from Domaine
du Pegau, André Brunel from
Les Cailloux and
some wine growers who in this way get acces to distribution of their wines to
the importers of wines from the two vell known domains from Chateauneuf du
Pape.
The range of wines are not offered for
tasting when you visit one of the two domains.
Chateauneuf du Pape
80% Grenache, 12% Mourvedre and 8% Cinsault together with Vaccarese.
Ageing in cement tank.
Gigondas
80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. The vines are more than 70 years old. Aged
in tank.
Vacqueyras
75% Grenache, 17% syrah and 8% Mourvedre. Aged in foudres.
Cotes
du Rhone Village Rasteau
75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. The age of the vines is 70-80 years. Grenache
is aged in tank and Syrah in barriques.
Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 10% Carignan.
Grenache and Carignan are from old vines. Aged in cement or steel tanks.
Cotes du Rhone
75% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% other varieties. Aged in tank.
