About 1950 Gabriel d'Ardhuy married the daughter of a wine grower in Bourgondy and they took over the domain. Later on they purchased a domain in Mondragon.
Today one of the daughters run the domain in Bourgondy, Domaine d'Ardhuy, and since 1981 Domaine Cabotte in Mondragon has been run by another daughter Marie-Pierre d'Ardhuy-Plumet together with her husband Eric Plumet.

The domain covers a total of 30 ha. A parcel of only 0,57 ha. is situated in Chateauneuf du Pape but the main part of the fields are situated in the Mondragon area in Cotes du Rhone Village Massif Uchaux or Cotes du Rhone.
From 2007 the domain is certified biodynamic controlled by ECOCERT.

Wines:

Chateauneuf du Pape
Mainly from Grenache and small parts of Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Clairette and Vaccarese. 
1/3 aged in barriques. The production is only about 2.400 bottles per year.

Cotes du Rhone Village Massif Uchaux "Gabriel"
50% Syrah and 50% Grenache. Partly aged in barriques. Production around 5.000 bottles.

Cotes du Rhone Village Massif Uchaux "Garance"
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre. Production 30.000 bottles.

Cotes du Rhone Village Blanc
100 Clairette. Fermented and aged in barriques. (Debut 2010)

Cotes du Rhone
65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Carignan. Production 60.000 bottles.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Clairette and 20% Viognier. Production 18.000 bottles.
