Eric and Myriam are brother and sister. In
1989 they took over from their father as Eric had finished his oenological
education. The vineyards have since been farmed organicly and the domain is
certified agriculture
biologique.
16 ha. belong to the domain. The main part of the production is Cotes du
Rhone, Cotes du Rhone
Village Massif Uchaux or Vin du Pays. From a small parcel of 0,15 ha. in Chateauneuf du Pape
(Lieu-dit Les Pialons) are produced about 300 bottles of red
Chateauneuf du Pape and from one ha. is made Gigondas.
All the wines are made and aged in cement tanks.
The total production per year is about 30.000 hl. The yield is kept low
- 20-25 hl./ha.
