The mansion was built in 1670 by a lord of Roux and Bragassargues, Jacques Aldebert. The original tower was destructed during the French revolution.
In 1927 the place was bought by the grandfather of the owner today. 
In 2011 Hubert de Morogues took over from his father Patrick. From this year some of the wine has been bottled at the domain instead of selling all the production to a negociant.
Since 2017 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique

2016: 70% Grenche, 30% Syrah. Aged in demi-muids.

Duché d'Uzès Bérénice
2015: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. Aged in demi-muids i 18. mdr.

Duché d'Uzès Rosé Blance de Castille
2017: 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache.

IGP Cévennes Rosé Le Menhir de Roux
2017: 100% Syrah. Direct press.

IGP Cévennes Blanc Blanche de Castille -
2017: 55% Roussanne, 40% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier.

IGP Cévennes Blanc Seigneur de Malletot
2017: 100% Roussane.Fermented and aged in pièces or demi-muids for 8 months.

Near Domaine de Roux you find Le Mas de Roux, a restaurant with 3 chambres d'hôtes and 3 gîtes.
