The history of the place dates back to 1212 when The Knight Templiers built a stronghold here to secure safe routes to Jerusalem. Part of this casle still excist including a tower.
In 1836 ancisters of the owners today came in possession of the property today run by Jean-Michel
Guibal and his son Jérôme. The crop was until 1980ties mostly céreal and legumes but thrugh the years since then the vines have increased especilially during recent years to 103 ha.
The vinyards are in 2019 in second year of conversion in to agriculture biologique.

Duché d'Uzès 
2016: 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache. Aged in barriques.

Duché d'Uzès Rose
2017: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache

Duché d'Uzès Blanc
2017: 50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Viognier

IGP Cévennes Merlot
2017: 100% Merlot

IGP Cévennes Cabernet-Saugvignon
2016: 100% Cabernet-Saugvignon.
Aged in barriques.

IGP Cévennes Rosé
2018: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cinsault.

IGP Cévennes Blanc Viognier
2018: 100% Viognier.

IGP Cévennes Blanc Chardonnay
2018: 100% Chardonnay.

Muscat Muelleux
2016: Muscat petit grains. Late harvest. (13,5%, demi-sec ?)
