The first cellars at the domain were established in 1957. The first bottling
at the domain took place in 1986.
Since 1999 Bruno Boisson has worked together with his father Régis Boisson,
and today Bruno is responsible for the wine making.
Philippe Cambie is advising oenolog at the
domain. Today the domain covers 34 ha. of which 32 ha. is in Cairanne and 2
ha. in
Lagarde Paréol (Cotes du Rhone Village Massif d'Uchaux). 7% of the production is rosé
and 7% is white wines.

Tradition
Blend in 2006: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 10%
Carignan.
Aged in cement tanks. Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Cuvée Exigence
Blend in 2006: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.
65% is aged in tanks, the rest in 2-3 years old barriques.
Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Reserve RB
80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. 50-years-old vines.
Aged for 15 months in barriques. Only about 1600 bottles made.
Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Rosé
Blend 2007: 45% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 10% Syrah, 10%
Mourvèdre, and 15% Cinsault.
Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Blanc Tradition
30% clairette, 30% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier
and 10% Bourboulenc. Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Blanc Cuvée Exigence
40% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne and 5% Bourboulenc.
Fermented and matured partly in wood and partly in steel tank. Cotes du Rhone Village Massif d'Uchaux Cuvée Clos de la
Brussière
60% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 5% Cinsault and 5%
