In 1996 Patrice Jubain took over his father's domain.  
He decided to leave the cooperative and make and bottle the wines at the estate. 
His first vintage was 2004. 
The domain covers 40 ha. with quite old vines, 65-100 years.
The vinification is traditionel. No de-stalking, a long macerations period. Vinification and maturing in cement tanks.
"No modernity in my winery."

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Vieille Vignes
50% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah, 5% Cinsault og 5% Carignan.
