20 ha. of the fields is produced Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne .
The production is certified Biologique by ECOCERT.

Blend (2006): 36% Grenache, 38%
Mourvèdre, 18% Syrah and 8% Carignan.
70% is aged in cement tanks, the rest in barriques, some of them new. (2007:

Blend (2005): 37% Grenache, 28%
Syrah and 35% Mourvèdre. (2007: 16€)
Aged in barriques or demi-muids.
