Philippe Plantevin worked in the family's fields, from where the production
was sold to the co-operative until he in 1993 purchased cellars and fields
and started to produce wine. The first vintage was 2001. A part of the
production is sold to negociant.
Today he owns 35 ha. 9 ha. is in AOC Cotes du Rhone Village
Cairanne and 10 ha. in Visan. The
rest is situated in Ste Cécile les Vignes and Travaillan.
Conversion into agriculture biologique was started in
2011.
Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne La Daurelle
2009: 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone Village Visan
2009: 52% Grenache, 26% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 2% Mourvedre.
Cotes du Rhone Village
2007: 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 10% Mourvedre.
1/3 aged for 12 months in demi-muids.
Cotes du Rhone Cuvée le Pérussier
2009: 35% Grenache, 35% Carignan, 15% Syrah, 10% Counoise and 5% Cinsault.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2010. Lige dele Grenache, Syrah and Carignan.
Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2010: 40% Viognier, 30% Marsanne and 30% Grenache Blanc.
