The domain owns a total of 37 ha. situated in Travaillan, Cairanne and
Sérignan. Daniel Boulle is the 4th generation at the domain and
took over in in 1987. Until 1999 all the production was sold to a
cooperative. Now the whole production is
vinified at the domain but 1/3 is still sold in bulk. New cellars were
built in 2000. From 2007 the domain is certified as biodynamic (Biodivin)
and organic (ECOCERT).
Dainel Boulle is a friend and a client of the oenolog Phillippe
Cambie.

A range of cuvées are made. The best cuvées are aged in barriques
or demi-muids for 6-12 months. Most of the cuvées are made from vineyards
situated at Plan de Dieu, but this name is not mentioned on any of
the labels.

from only 1,4 ha CDRV Cairanne is made from Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Syrah
and Mourvedre is aged in wood (2004:16,00€)
