The domain covers 25 ha. of vineyards.
Denis Monnier has bought the vineyards from the former Domain Hervé Rabasse. 
The name of the domain refers to a nymph and this nice legend is told

"In a day of great drought which dried up the sources a thirsty shepherd was herding his sheep at Combe de la Pauline facing the village of Cairanne.
He was offered by a nymph, a drink combining elegance, softness and character. He enjoyed this drink with great pleasure
The Nymph Eyverine touched by the enthusiasm of the shepherd gave him the secret of the development of this nectar and the privilege of growing grapes in this place where she was watching.
Thus Domaine Eyverine was born"

Since 2011 during conversion into agriculture biologique.
