Vincent Moreau purchased Domaine Galuval in 2004 and later he bought cellar and fields
which for some years had been run by Dominique Rocher. This cellar is situated
in the high land to the north of D69 and is used for the
vinification and ageing of the wines.
At the place for the old domain is built an impressing mansion
with storage for bottled wine, a nice tasting room and rooms for
exhibition of art.
Laurence Ballasteros is an artist - paintings and sculptors - and she
arranges exhibitions of well known artists and other events at the domain.
The name Galuvan is made from two Latin words Gaule (Gallien) and uvae,
(grape) The domain covers 24 ha.,
all situated in Cairanne commune. The wines: Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne

The strongest effort at
the domain. Low yield from the oldest vines. Aged in barriques. (2005 26,20€) Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne
Grand Cœer
Grenache and Syrah. Syrah
