The co-operative was founded in 1929. Today about 100 wine-growers sell grapes to the co-operative, which is 2/3 of the production in the commune.
The production is about 6 mill. litres per year, mostly Cotes du Rhone Villages (55%) and Cotes du Rhone (35%). In 1998 the cellars were modernized and new ageing capacity was established.

In 2008 the reception is being renovated.

Since 2006 - two series of wines are produced - "Camille Cayran" and "Victor Delauze"

The names are chosen to illustrate "the pioner spirit shared by the wine growers of Cairanne" and "to illustrate the qualitative jump which was achieved recently".
The serie of Camille Cayran is meant for sale to restaurants and private wine merchants. The other serie is meant for sale in supermarkets.
The Montgolfier brothers have flied the first warm air balloon in the Rhone valley. Cayran refers to a well known wine former made at the co-operative.
Victor Delauze was a pioner from the early days of flying.

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne La Réserve de Camille Cayran
45% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 15% Mourvedre.
20% is fermented by maceration carbonique. Matured in cement tanks. (2005: 5,90€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Les Voconces
55% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre
Matured 12 months in cement tanks. (2004: 6,80€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Camille Cayran Les Salyens
50%Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre.
5% is fermented by maceration carbonique. Matured in cement tanks. (2001: 8,00€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Camille Cayran Antique Sénimaros
50% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 20% Syrah.
30% is aged for 12 months in barriques. (2001: 10,10€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Rasteau Camille Cayran Gemellus
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre.
20% is fermented by maceration carbonique. Matured in cement tanks. (2006: 6,20€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu Camille Cayron
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Aged in cement. (2006: 5,10€)

Gigondas Camille Cayron
80% Grenache together with Syrah and Mourvedre. Aged in cement. (2006: 11,50€)

Chateauneuf du Pape Camille Cayran
70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault.
Aged for 12 months in foudres. (2006: 19,95€)

White wines:

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Blanc Camille Cayran Les Salyens
50% Grenache Blanc and Clairette, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Viognier.
40% fermented in barriques and aged here for 6 months (2007:8,20€)

Cotes du Rhone Village Cairanne Blanc Camille Cayran Reserve
55% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 20% Roussanne and 5% Bourboulenc. (2007: 5,95€)

Furthermore some cuvées of Cotes du Rhone and Vin du Pays.
