The domain was founded by a great grand father of the owners today. A small amount of wine were bottled and won a silver medal in 1902 at an exposition in Carpentras. Later generations increased the production of wine.

Since 1989  the domain is run by the two brothers Patrick and Vincent Soard.
The domain covers a total of 22,5 ha., 7,76 ha. Muscat de Beaumes de Venise in  Beaumes de Venise, 7,4 ha. Beaumes de Venise in La Roch Alric and Suzette, 0,66  ha. Cotes du Rhone in Lafare and La Rocque Alric and 6,7 ha. Ventoux in Saint Hippolyte, La Pinière and Barroux)

The vineyards are expected to be certified agriculture biologique from 2012.

2007: 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.  About 4.000 bottles
Aged barriques. The name relate to the Mourvedre planted by a grandfather 75 years ago and Grenache planted by the father 50 years ago.

Cotes du Ventoux Cuvée Oversant
75% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% Carignan.  About 16.000 bottles

50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah.  About 4.000 bottles
