Until vintage 2004 the grapes were delivered to the cooperative, but from vintage 2005 the young new owner Damien Chave, who has taken over from his father Guy Chave, has made some wines and bootled them at the estate.

The capacity in the cellars so far doesn't allow wines from all the 60 hectares to be vinified here. Therefore up to 90% of the grapes are still sold to the cooperative.
Thus the made and bottled wines come from the best and oldest (40-70-years-old) parcels.

Wines:

Cotes du Rhone Village Roaix La Serre Rouge
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre. Aged in fiber tank.

Cotes du Rhone Village Roaix Rosé
95% Cinsault and Grenache/Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone La Montagne du Mars
100% Syrah. Aged in barriques for about 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone La Chapelle des Templiers
100 % Grenache 

VDT Loraine
100% Late harvested (November) Marsanne.
