In 1998 the Brunel family at Chateau de la Gardine in Chateauneuf du Pape purchased Chateau Saint Roch in Roquemaure.
The property covers 38 ha. and Chateauneuf du Pape, Lirac and Cotes du Rhone are produced.
The vinification takes place in renovated cellars at Chateau Saint Roch and you can visit the place and buy the wines here.

Wines:

Chateauneuf du Pape
2009: 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 30% Mourvedre. 
Aged in tank or barriques for 12 months

Lirac Tradition
2009: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah and  30% Mourvedre.
Aged in tank or barriques for 12 months

Lirac Cuvée Confidentielle
2009: Equal shares of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. 
Aged in barriques for 12 months.

Lirac Cuvée Palmes
2008: 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. 

Lirac Rosé
2010: 40% Grenache,
30% Cinsault and 30% Syrah.

Lirac Blanc Tradition
2010: 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 10% Roussanne and 10% Viognier

Lirac Blanc Cuvée Confidentielle
2010:
100% Clairette.

Cotes du Rhone
2009: 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2010: 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 30% Roussanne, Viognier and Bourboulenc

Ere Brunel, the wife of Patrick Brunel (Gardine) is the winemaker at Chateau Saint Roch.
