The two brothers Marc and Joseph Lombardo were once wine growers in Tunesia but their property there was expropriated in the 1960ties and then they returned to France and settled down in Saint Laurent des Arbres. Joseph died in 2002. 
Then Marc was alone by doing everything. 
In 2008 his daughter Veronique decided to break her career at EDF the French electricity company and went home to help her father. She is attending wine courses in Suze-la-Rousse and will be ready to take over when her father (67 in 2009) wants to retire.

The property covers about 42 ha., Lirac and Cotes du Rhone are produced.
About 70% of the production is sold to negociants.

Wines:

Lirac
40% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsault and 20% Mourvèdre.

Lirac Circius
Mainly from Syrah and Mourvedre added some Grenache.
Aged in barriques for about 12 months. (Cirsius means Mistral in Latin)

Lirac Rosé
Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvedre.

Lirac Blanc
Equal shares of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Roussanne.

Cotes du Rhone
Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvedre.
