In 1628 a property at the place was owned by a premier consul of Roquemaure. His name was Bouschassy. The name of the domain comes from this family.
The Degoul family came in possession of the estate in 1973. Today it's run by Nicolas Degoul

From 30 ha. red, white and rosé Lirac are produced.

Lirac
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. Aged in wood.

Lirac Cuvée Miroir
From old Grenache vines and some Syrah and Mourvedre. Aged in wood.

Lirac Rosé
65% Grenache, 25% Cinsault and 10% Mourvedre.

Lirac Blanc
40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette,15% Roussanne and 15% Viognier.
