The domain was established in the 1960ties and was purchased
by Bernard Callet in 1996.
It covers 30 ha. Lirac, Cotes du Rhone and Vin du Pays are produced. In 2005 was
bought another domain in Castillon du Gard, Domaine d'Estel, covering 4 ha. of
Vin du Pays.
Wines:
Domaine Coudoulis:
Lirac
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre.
Lirac Cuvée Bacchus
67% Grenache og 33% Syrah.
Maceration periode: 30 days. Ageing: Grenache in barriques for 6-8 months.
Syrah in enamalled tank.
Lirac Rosé
50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault.
Cotes du Rhone
50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Cinsault.
Vin de Pays du Gard
90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Syrah aged in barriques.
Vin de Pays du Gard Blanc
100% Viognier. 20 hl./ha. 20% aged in new barriques.
